11 weeks. cramping worse and nearly passed out

Ok this is my second pregnancy. I had a son who passed away from Atypical SIDS at 4 months and 1day. So as you can imagine. My sensitivity is way heighten but I am 11 weeks today and I got to hot I had some water with me but it was hot too. And I started cramping so bad I was curled up in the fetal position balling. My ears were ringing and I honestly thought I was going to pass out. It felt like contractions almost but no spotting or bleeding. It went on for 20+ minutes on and off. I have had spotting and heavier bleeding earlier in the pregnancy. But not for a few weeks now.
It is still hurting but not cramping anything like it was and staying cool and hydrated now. Is this in anyway normal? Should I be really worried? Just not to sure where I draw the line at "over worrying".with my raw sensitivity to this.

I'm sorry for your loss. I couldn't imagine how hard that must of been. But I do too get these awful cramping pains where I can't move and I feel like I'm going to pass out. It comes and goes a few times a day but sometimes lasts mintues or less than a minute. I'm 7 weeks and it seems to be getting worse as I get farther along. I'm guessing its normal since I had an ultrasound and everything was okay today.
