emotional wreck

Ive always been manic depressive but I control it with medicine but since im pregnant I cant take the medicine so a combo of coming off of that and hormones, the last 2 days ive been a wreck.  Last night and tonight ive cried off and on for no reason, im worrying about everything and im feeling so lonely.  Anyone else feel like this?  Im trying to relax but I keep getting overwhelmed.
