Lol ohhhh it is exactly how it feels and it's only the beginning trust me! The third trimester is a lot more enjoyable ;) (totally joking) ahahah but there's a few ways to relieve it! Nausea can come and go at anytime during pregnancy so just be prepared! Prego pops helped me out a lot! Ginger tea, peppermints also help. I'm a belly sleeper as well so I totally feel your pain! Invest in a pregnancy pillow literally a life save especially when you get a lot bigger! Tylenol and tums are safe while pregnant just make sure you don't over due it on the Tylenol! Stay hydrated and get as much sleep as possible, take full advantage of sleeping I promise it'll be worth it! Ahahah but don't worry you'll get a slight break in your second trimester!
