12 weeks and i throw up everything i eat.

It's relentless and I get all shakey when I stand up. I eat and sometimes immediately get sick or  sometimesa couple of hours later. It's gotten worse over the past week. Went from nauseous and getting sick maybe once a day to multiple times daily.  Eating small amounts all day doesn't help because I get sick after eating a couple of bites. I dunno what to do.

I know there are going to be people that hate me forsaying this but try smoking just a couple hits of marijuana. It will take away your nausea and actually make you hungry. I have rread all kinds of studies about it and it is a natural herb that is less dangerous than any pill they can give you at the doctors. It doesn't take much ant that is the only way I can keep anything down.

Get a script for zofran. This is exactly how I am! My meds are my new best friend. I was up yest since two sick as a dog and was not able to keep anything down all day. Went to the doc for my first visit and got some more meds. Now im a happy camper!!

Tell your doctor. Seriously! All that "eat small portions throughout the day" "dnt eat the food when its hot because the smell will make u puke" is good advice but to be honest nothing is better than some damn pills. Im 12+4 & have lost 13 pounds thus far. My doctor put me on zofran & although I do get sick from time to time (because I dont always take the pill I dont wanna depend on them) it makes such a huge difference. It blocks the receptors in your brain that make the body throw up. Call them u will feel so much better. Oh & also if your throwing up the way I think u are its best to drink Gatorade or soup. Waters good but drink something that has salt in it cuz when u throw up u u lose electrolytes & natural salts that your body needs. Good luck! You should feel better soon.

I found that sparkling water helps, and have you tried eating bread? Thats all i could eat through my sickness.
try extra hard to take prenatels as they will help with energy (i took mine before bed to help keep them down)

They've given me meds and I would throw those up. It's really starting to take a toll. I don't have the energy to do anything..... I feel so lazy.

Nausea and vomiting are common during the first trimester but if it gets to the point where u can't hold anything down you should talk to your doctor there some medicine you can take to help you out.. I know that feeling its very irritating and uncomfortable let your doc know I hope this helps:)
