12 weeks no heartbeat

Hello everyone I went to the doctor for another viginal u/s and they sd that they still can not detect a heart beat sd that I've had a miscarriage. They say that I'm it measured 7 weeks but I'm 12weeks. That would make about a month with no fetal heart beat and my body has not miscarried it self yet. I still use the restroom alot and I have my craving and I've gain weight since my last visit. They say  that I can have the d&c r I can get the pill that will make me past the baby. And the crazy thing is I think I've felt the baby.  Need advise should I get another opinion or done one or the other to past the baby. Thanks

Ugh this is exactly what I've gone through this year. In March I had a missed miscarriage. I was supposed to be 13 weeks but baby only measured 9 weeks with no heartbeat. I had a D&C the next day. I also just lost my dad the day after Thanksgiving = (
I can't wait for 2011- I hope we both have a much happier year!
Good Luck and I'm sorry you are going through this.
