Expect stomach pains as your uterus grows, soreness of breast should be subsiding at this point but your nipples may still be tender. If u havrnt gotten sick yet with a cold chances are u will,if u dont your one of the lucky ones,at every check up babys heart beat, your weight, blood pressure n urine sample will be checked.Youll only haveTwo ultrasounds, three at most unless u fall into high risk n have to have frequent visits.Back aches, hip pain is normal once u hit your 20 week mark,by 18 weeks it will start to get a little less comfortable to sleep,u can try a pillow btween your legs with knees bent while u sleep or a thin folded towel just beneath your side to take some of the weight off your hips. This is my second pregnancy and im 25+3 today, unfortunately these methods dont really help my hip pain.Every woman is different so what dosent work for me,may work for u.If u discover crust in your bra or on your nipples later in pregnancy thats normal it is just colostrum(pre-milk) some women leak before baby is due while others just have dry milk on their breast.Dont be afraid to ask your OB questions at your check ups, better to know all u can than to not know. Also try birthing classes and breastfeeding classes, very informative and helpful for first time moms. Some plases charge for classes while others are free.If u have wic they scedule these classes for free,if u want to attend of course.Headaches can occur if your blood sugar is low so drink plenty water, and eat regularly but no need to overdue.I found a great bottle at doller general for only $2.40 holds 8 glasses of water so i try to drink that entire bottle in a day,if your not a water person try flavored waters like Propel Zero,or Sobe and vitamin waters, theyre good alternatives. Its ok to have sparkling or carbonated water,or caffeine free sodas but try to only have 16Oz orhalf a glass of soda throughout the day.I treat my self to a glass of soda at least twice a week sometimes less if none.Fruit juice is an all time favorite for me this time around. My baby boy is loving applejuice lol.U can also find prenatal workout dvds at Lifeway. My friend bought me one for christmas its awesome.Exercise during pregnancy will benefit u during labor and delivery but be sure its prenatal workouts because the workout is already moderate to suit your pregnancy. If curious about labor and delivery, yes its a pain and contractions are the worstbut its mamanageable. If u have a low tolerance u can always settle for an epidural or explore other medication options to ease the pain. But u have avwhile till then so dont worry about that so much.Just focus on now and enjoy your pregnancy!! Happy baby bump:)

At my first appointment,  I was 7 weeks. I got my blood drawn, a pap smear, a due date, heard my babys heartbeat, got an ultrasound and I met with my doctor.  He answered any questions I had.

I'm a FTM too...congrats! At your first visit: you will hear your baby's heartbeat, get an ultrasound, and they will give you a due date. Good luck and best wishes!
