First off, bless you for doing the strong thing and keeping your child. Im 15 and it's really hard. But for my nausea I ate crackers and pretzels and lots of water and cold things like popsicles (icecream is a little harsh cuz the milk doesnt always agree with morning sickness tummy) but also crushed up ice works if you cant handle the flavors.
Also bread, smoothies, sprite.
mostly plain things help.
Try to lay down as much as possible too.
Saltine crackers and ginger ale
