16 week old sleeping problems

my daughter is 16 weeks old and for a week now she has been in her own cott in her own room. Before she used to sleep in a car seat from around 10 weeks (please dont judge as she had really bad acid reflux and whenever i laid her flat or even had one of those pillows she spat up A LOT) well now she goes down just after 9 sometimes later and sleeps till roughly 2 but then wont settle back. i rock her back to sleep but as soon as i put her down she starts crying or kicking. ive tried swaddling she just gets frustrated ive tried music i just dont know what to do. im getting 4 hours sleep a night if im lucky!

when u lay her down in the cott make sure she is full and rock her just a bit even as u are lowing her into the cott and once she is down shake the cott just a tad till she is still sleeping

id love her to sleep in her cott as one way or another she will need to get used to it

shes starting to get too big for the car seat. its why i want her in her cott. my brother also scared me by saying that spending too much time in it can cause her back to deform (sp)

Try putting her in her car seat, but then putting the car seat on the dryer.

What if you put her back in her car seat.  My daughter was the same way.  She was in her carseat for several months because that was the only way she would sleep.  I put her seat on her crib so she was familiar with the surroundings.

shes not a fan of a swing. it has to rock her not swing, if that makes sense. just wish i could get some sleep. i seem to be crying every day and feel like i could just walk out!

my daughter does this sometimes where she won't sleep unless she's being rocked. I invested in a swing lol it rocks her for me..
