soda...good or bad?

Lately I've been drinking coke everyday :/ not a lot though just like a can..., but is that I see them in the fridge and they look so cold and I just get one and drink it down like if it was water :/
I heard its bad for your baby drinking all that caffeine.....but is that I just seem to crave it and mostly in the mornings...

what midcoats said, you can have up too 200 mg. BUT remember that chocolate and other things also have caffeine, not just drinks :) but it's fineas long as you stay within your limits and keep hydrated, 5-6 bottles a day

My doctors said as long as I don't drink more than 2 cans of caffeinated soda or more than 1 cup of coffee a day it won't affect the baby at all. They even said that I can drink all the sprite I want( it helped with my nausea)

I've read the same thing.  Up to 200mg/ day.  I've been using the website: www.caffeineinformer.com and it's been really beneficial!

Soda, coffee...It's all fine in moderation. Just stay hydrated.
I drank a coke everyday.  Dr said it was fine.  My baby grew right on track and i gave birth to a healthy girl.

You can have up to 200mg a day, a cup of coffee has about 135mg and a can of coke has about 35mg :) so a can of coke a day is perfectly fine :)
