18 weeks pregnant

So, I'm 18 weeks along. For the past few days I've been getting sharp cramp like pains in my lower stomach. Tonight, I went to use the bathroom and a few small blood clots came out. Really small like the size of a small worm. (Kinda of like what your period can look like at the end when its slowing down?) I've also been experiencing a lot of stress and worry about the baby this pregnancy, I know its not good for the baby for me to stress but for some reason I keep worrying that something is wrong. I wasn't really like that in my first pregnancy. Any thoughts, advice? I don't want to over-react but I also don't want to ignore it. Thanks!

Blood clots are not normal during pregnancy. Get to the hospital as soon as you can. The sooner you get there the sooner they can find out what's causing it and give you the help that you need.

If you are worried contact your midwife or your gp, and request an ultrasound to check everything is ok
