You might want to just check with your doctor - - this is a pregnancy forum so...you probably won't get many responses here either. Maybe there is one for health or weight or something a little more applicable to your situation.
Well I am a mother times 2 and about 12 years older than you so I know what you are talking about. Any kind of exercise that requires use of your legs is great. Walking is awesome for toning hips, thighs, and butts. Also lunges work well because they tone as you use your body weight for resistance. Squats work good too. Cellulite will probably never go completly away, but the more toned and muscular your legs appear the less the cellulite will be noticable. I hope this helps. Good luck to you.
Above poster - good point... lunges are great so is walking.... I am sorry - just so focused on gaining weight the losing weight and all is not even registering... there are over the counter creams which I do not think work - but maybe a dermatologist can presribe something that will smooth the appearance. Yoga and Pilates help strenghten, elongate and tone as well. Maybe you can look into the weight/health area and a trainer might be on and advise of some other suggestions.
