1st time mommy and I am just courious

If someone that has the same due date... does that mean you will have the same gender as there baby?  && what foods should I avoid in order not to get heart burn?

I find that chewing gum helps with heartburn also eating about a tablespoon of mustard  :-)

that's the exact thing that  happens to me  even with the water.. it felt like chili powder was stuck in my throat  I will do because I hate this feeling

Oh girl sometimes I get heartburn so bad I wanna puke too. And it's not even so much spicy food that gives it to me, it could be anything. I even got it from water one night. But if yours gets really bad tell your dr I think we can take prilosec but id ask lol

Thank you I was worried & though my guessing days are over. I wanna be on Team Blue :). & thank you again for the help on heart burn I get chest pains and feel like throwing up its horrible

Nope. :) and spicy foods, acidic foods cause heartburn.. I normally have milk to help a bit with it and a tums. Iv also got heartburn so bad I get severe chest pains. And a hot shower usually gets rid of that for me I find.
