Acne and Pregnancy

I have just discovered that I am a month pregnant.
My face has just developed acne, my skin was prone to acne before pregnancy. How do I treat this acne problem while I"m pregnant.

Some women just get really bad acne when pregnant. With my first I had it for the whole first trimester BAD, it looked terrible and I got it on my chest too. Don't pick at it and try to wash your face 2 or 3 times a day. It will hopefully subside after your first trimester.
Don't try anything too harsh on your skin either. There are products you aren't supposed to use. They say benzoyl peroxide is one but I still used the Clean and Clear with 5%, it's the only thing that keeps the oils from producing too much but I only use it once a day or just every other day. Otherwise I use something that is exfoliating.
