2 week period stopped for a week and now back again2

I haven't had sex or unprotected sex with my boyfriend since september 12th. My period was due on the 29th and it came on time but very light and then it got heavy and came with bad stomach pains not cramp like almost abdominal like to the point where it hurts to take a deep breath. The bleeding stopped on around the 11th. It was gone and then on the 17th I started bleeding again an it was light an very light pink but now it is starting to get heavy an a lot darker and the pains are back and even worse than before. Im not sure what to do about this an Im confiding in you guys before I have to make my dad take me to the gynocologist. I was kinda thinking a possible miscarriage but I never took a pregnancy test an my period came on time and I was kinda worried it might be an std.

thanks, I went to family planning and I'm pregnant but I still don't know if its a misscarriage. I went to get an ultra sound on saturday and they didn't tell me much but I do know on the pregnancy tests we saw very faint lines. I also went for a blood test on friday. Im hoping its good news and not a misscarridge but I am still bleeding.

It doesnt sound like a miscarriage nor does it sound like an std.  It does sound painful though and it would probably be a good idea to see the doctor about whats going on.

hugs and wishing you the best
