I've been using primrose oil pills sense Saturday so it's been 5 days & I've started loosing my mucus plug sense yesterday. And I get a little cramping when I inserted it . But so far I think it's work for me!! Hopefully my baby girl arrives this week. I'm 39 weeks as of tonight !!(:

Very very safe. I've only used it for 3 days now I'm in active labor. When I started it I was 70% effaced and 2cm dilated.  Good luck!
