Can an IUD cause different symptoms in pregnancy?

I had my IUD put in 2 months after my daughter was born that was almost 2 years ago. Well this past week I have been throwing up around 12-2 everyday once a day. I have no flu like symptoms other than throwing up! I haven't had a period in over a year so I can't go by that! I am getting a test this weekend because I have been sick for almost a week now. Can anyone tell me if one the IUD can effect my PT? Or if there are different symptoms that occur when you get pregnant with a IUD? I am really scared! I am not ready for another child yet and neither is my fiance! Please help! I don't know what to do!
