21 weeks in alot of pain

I been having stomach pain and back pain for 3 days now and no one seems to understand me :( I whent to the ER and they said it was just my bones stretching my back hurts and it burns now anyone going thru anything like this I just need some help I been taking Tylenol but that doesn't work this pain is to much for me I can't handle it

Yea also try sleeping with lots of pillows for support I sleep with 4-5 pillows around me one between my knees and under my belly and a body pillow behind my back

Thanks girls I never thought my back was going to hurt this bad but it is the muscles stretching right? I was just scared it was something else

It'll only get worse as u stretch more. My sister would cry all night due to the pain but a warm shower helps A LOT and try taking tylenol when u know the pain is barely starting

I've been having hip and lower back pain im 23+6 weeks and I read that between weeks 18-24 is when your muscles stretch the most because baby and belly are growing so fast in those few weeks

Try warm bubble bath or heating pads

Maybe if you take a warm bath it might calm your nerves it helpd for me.
