odd question

I have this hard pimple thing on my stomach, and it didn't concern me until I just looked at it and it has doubled in size and has started to hurt): Amy ideas of what it could be?

I would go to a walk in clinic or OB triage. I had something like that on my hip with my first son and it was staph infection. They start small looking like a pimple and grow fast. I went in two days after I first noticed my bump because it tripled in size. It was a minor staph infection and was treated by antibiotics. When in doubt, get seen. Staph is naturally in our nose and skin, easy to contract it. I would go in, especially since you said it has grown in size.

Omg I got one on top of my belly and it was big I didnt wanna mess with it its still there and it turned dark  it has no head either really weird.

Its just a big red kinda hard bump that hurts. Its not darker in the middle. My fiance thinks its a boyle. Buttt I don't know ):

Does it look darker in the middle!? I would not pop it until you went to a doctor to get it checked out.  But don't get siked out it could be an ingrown hair or just a pimple.

I get lots of pimple type things on my stomach now I'm pregnant. I really don't understand them. They come an go. I'll mention it when I see my midwife next week

That's why I'm concerned cause there's no head on it or anything. Its kind of painful. I wish I knew how to post a picture lol

Could be a boil, or a cyst. If it comes to a small white head then use a sterilized pair of tweezers and pop the head. Be careful because I did develop a staph infection during my first pregnancy. So next time you go to the doc have them check it.
