JessieNB is right! nothing high in mercury! Example: No tuna, shark, swordfish. I just stick to shellfish, because the smell of salmon, cod, tilapia...turns my stomach

Seafood is fine you just cant eat certain seafood thats high in mercury. At least thats what ive always heard.
I agree. My doc said sea food was fine in moderation. My cousin ate crab legs throughout her pregnancy and baby was fine. I ate shrimp for new years and baby is healthy.
No. I work for a seafood house in New Orleans. Im 34 weeks &eat crawfish. As long as everything is fully cooked and not too spicy I think you're fine:)
No. Is actually good for you, just make sure it's from a reliable source. All you can eat seafood buffet at golden corral or a Chinese buffet restaurant is prob not a good idea.
