33weeks pregnant, Period like Pain and backache

I am 33 weeks pregnant and have a period pain belly ache, also in my back. Anyone had this or know what could be causing it? No other symptoms but dont know if its something to be concerned about or not. Had it since yesterday. Thanks..

It comes and goes but not as painful as my contractions were when i had my first. But its there all the time, i will ring in an hour or so if its still the same and see what they say, i dont want to keep quiet if it is anything. Will let you know what they say.. thanks..

Do they come and go? You could call your doctor and talk to the nurse. If they come and go then I would time them since they feel like period cramps and it's in your back to. I would call and describe it to them amd see what they say, it might be bh contractions but it could be contractions but I would call them just to be on the safe side because even if it's not they might could tell you what it is:) I've had a tired/tight like period cramp feeling in my stomach before and legs and it was just bh contractions, they say to drink some water and lay on your left side to see if it helps! Keep us posted!
