29 weeks, contractions?!

So this morning I woke up an had a headache an felt sick, started getting crampy like I had to take a bm, I did an still crampy after. Nubian hasn't moved much today an I've drank cold water an even ate an Oreo an bowl of cereal. I'm still crampy an my back is ache. Contractions or false labor?

I think u should call ur Dr and get checked out. I had the same symptoms at 20 weeks. I tought it. Was contipation then I went to the rr and still had them so I went to the hospital and I was 6 cm dialated. I lost my baby boy so it never hurts to be to carefull. I regret not going because I tought it was just constipation and tought they would laugh at me at the hospital or think I was over reacting

They aren't timable,  I went last week an all they gave me was water. They are just here and there, but I didn't think braxton hurt?

I would call ur ob just to make sure its normal. It could be bractin hicks. Those things are painful. Also time them. Or it could be the baby pushing on something.
