I'm 24 weeks, 3 days.  Only 3 1/2 more weeks of the 2nd trimester! That's so hard to believe!  It feels like yesterday that I was waiting on that phone call from the dr!  My little man is getting more and more active every day.  Still don't feel him much when I'm walking around, but I swear he starts dancing when I lay down.  DH still can't feel him though, and its not like he's not kicking when he puts his hand on my stomach. Maybe it just feels stronger to me since I can feel him on the inside too. I'm starting to get a few more aches and pains, mainly in my lower back, but nothing bad so far.  I finally hit my pre-pregnancy weight, so maybe I can stop worrying about weight gain now! (at 20 weeks I was still 3 lbs under what I weighed pre-pregnancy...weird! Especially since Burger king chicken sandwiches are my FAV now!!!)
We starting painting the nursery this weekend, and I can't wait to get everything set up. We're going with a sailboat theme too, and got the Baby Boats bedding rrom Pottery Barn Kids.  Its so cute!  We're making waves on the walls and painting a mural of the sailboats. I'll post a pic when its all done. So far I just have the edging finished so it looks pretty funny.

Ammanda:  I hadn't heard that 3d ultrasounds can be dangerous for the baby...I go to see a high risk OB and he's done the 3d ones for me already, and I can't imagine that he would do them if they could be harmful, especially since he deals with women with complications a lot.

If when your fiancee tries feeling the baby it stops moving trylayingwith your stomach on his back or stomach to stomach, so there no change in  movement, but he can still feel!! in my experience it usually work also have it dark, the baby can notice changes in light since its lighter in your stomach when not covered by a hand and then the hand leaves a shadow of sorts.
