3 day diet before glucose test please help!

I failed the first test so now my doctor sent me the diet with little instructions ... Am i supposed to eat as i normally would but make sure to eat the amount of carbohydrates stated? I feel like I'm starving if i just follow the items on here ... Please help if you've taken it before.

I honestly didn't eat the food they had on my paper I just ate less some of things but I made sure my meals were small or just ate salads. Passed the 2nd test

I failed my one hour test and had to take the 3 hour but I wasn't sent home with a diet plan? My doctor just had me fast for 12 hours before my test and I passed it just fine

Mine doesn't say anything about calories or sugar all it says is make sure to eat a minimum of 150G of carbohydrates so now I'm not sure what to do ... Anyone else???

You should starve with 2500 calories, it's actually a lot of food

I failed glucose test #1 too and was put in a diet, 2500 calories. And actually I'm eating lot less than that so I just ignored it, but kept in mind the sugar intake. Glucose test #2 was perfect
