3 home pregnancy tests all POSITIVE, confused, PLEASE HELP ME!!!
i was due my period on 4th june 2011, it never came. i left it till yesterday 7th june still no sign so i took a home pregnancy test which came back positive, i did another this morning 8th june just to be sure, which also came back positive and did another one this afternoon so i could take it with me to the doctors, the nurse at my gp did one there which came back neg so they took a blood test and will get the results on friday 10th, but today i had like a little spotting was nothing major, it was like a pinky brown discharge, i havnt had it all day just now and again when i have been to the toilet. what could this be and is it serious, i dont know what to do because it was this time 3 years ago i had a miscarridge, please someone help. thank you
i had a phone call this morning from my GP about my blood results confirming that i am pregnant, but its very early stages :D thank u so much for your help! x
Many over the counter HPT's are more sensitive than the urine strips the doctors use. Wait and see what your blood results are Friday.
i forgot to mention with my 4th child i was a week past my period day and took a test and it was only slightly positive which had me concerned, I also had started my period and i took another test and still only a slight positive i had more blood then urine when i tested and they told me to prepare for the worst specially when they did first ultrasound and didn't see a baby. And everything turned out ok she is a perfect healthy 13month old. So anything is possible. Best wishes to you.
could just be that there isn't enough hcg in your body to test positive yet in the afternoon. Since you are getting positive tests in the morning im guessing your using first morning urine. And some light spotting at the begining is normal. Try to relax and wait for your blood test results i know its hard but trying to relax is really the best thing. Please let me know what happens.
