3 weeks and worried about miscarriage

I just found out I was pregnant 5 days ago, but I'm estimating I got pregnant about 2 1/2 weeks ago, anyways I haven't had a gyno checkup in over a year and have had an std and I never went back to make sure it was cleared up.. I took all the medications but never got that confirmation it was gone. Also I've been smoking and finding it very hard to quit, I've had lymes disease.. Once again toook all medications but never got checked up on to make sure it was gone. Now I got a boil looking thing on my leg and I thought it was a bite at first but now it's just a red bump that's peeling but it never blistered up or popped or anything. I'm just freaking out thinking about all these factors And to make matters worse I have no health insurance and no money to even buy prenatal right now. Any advice?

Definitely go see a dr! Are you living with your parents?  You may want to consider telling them so they can help you get the vitamins you need...

I used a test my friend had at her house at first, just a generic one. Then we went out and I took 2 clear blue ones, and Then I took another clear blue one with the weeks estimator and it told me 1-2 weeks pregnant.

See a dr! You should be medicaid eligible if your pregnant.. go to a dr, get It confirmed and go apply. . They back pay 3 months so any recent doctor visits will covered when you get accepted... how old are you if I may ask?
