30weeks 3days possibly preterm labor?

So yesterday I mowed the lawn (riding lawn mower) which I have done my entire pregnancy and I was almost done and started having contractions at 2pm so I stopped and went inside to relax it then continued to every 30 min until 3:15am I took a warm bath changed positions but nothing was stopping it I then woke up at 5:30am and didn't feel baby moving for hours so I went into labor and delivery she then started moving so I left at 10am around 12pm I started having contractions again every 25min I am also feeling neasuated and have been having diarrhea (which is very unusual cause I only poop every three days) so would you call the dr or let it go?

What did they say the first time you went. But yea you need to go back so they can check.
