I love Starbucks but my husband and family members do not let me drink coffee nor coke because they say that it's bad for my daughter. Is this true? Or they are just over exaggerating
You can have up to 200 mg of caffeine PER DAY . I have had a cup of coffee everyday with all 3 of my kids and all of them are perfectly healthy. Moderation is key hun. Just drink lots of water.
Hi u can have caffeine u jus cant have it everyday cuz it can cause the baby high blood pressure or chesterol or something especially if u wana feel ur baby move alot but mainly try to drink it doin ur doctor visits but dont drink too much
I love Starbucks too! I just don't make it an every day thing and I only get the tall size!
You can drink up to 200 mg of caffeine a day. They arent necessarily exaggerating I mean it's best to not drink it but I do splurge now and then and have it.
