31 weeks with uncomfortable pressure

So since early this morning, I've been feeling off and on pressure in my lower area. Sometimes it feels like I have to poop, then it subsides. I'm all sorts of uncomfortable. I haven't felt her move much today, and when I do feel her, it feels weaker than her usual movements. No discharge or anything to really indicate labor. Just the pressure. Should I call my doctor, or am I just being paranoid?

I am 5 was just went to find out my BP ballance is good and saw a sack in my ultrasound.  However I have severe pain in both sides as if where my overies are and times my back locks up and if can't bend down to lift toilet seat. Was told today that I have fluid in my tubs behind my ultra is this why the pain? My Dr said it isn't anything to worry about in regards to the fluid so now I m worried what causes this??

At 21 weeks is when baby should start a growth spurt. I felt this kind of pressure in early pregnancy as well; my doctor told me it was her growing. I just got worried about it now because of course we worry about early signs of labor. Lol

Well glad to hear everything is normal. Must be what im experiencing too.

So far it was just placement. I went into the office because I also started having diarrhea the next day. But so far the monitors are all normal.
