Help please i feel torture. On my sides when I turn after I been laying on a side. Why is this & who else has this. What helps!!
Lol. The doc said Tylenol & also because my uterus is growing larger. YES, that feeling like the hips will break & unbearable lower back pain. They said people can even have contractions in there back but after they put me on baby monitoring & checked if I was having contactions. Everything was normal & no contractions.
I also have this. My hips feel like they are breaking when i try to roll over. The only thing that eases the pain is flexeril which my obgyn prescribed for my pain to help me sleep. Talk with your doc and see if they cant give you some muscle relaxers, they really help with the pain. And if you have insomnia like me, they will put you straight to sleep and you'll sleep all night; until of course you have to pee. Lol
