im so sorry to hear about your loss xx
I'm so sorry.
Like the other ladies said, there are a lot of things that can go wrong and nobody can really predict it. This happened to a friend of mine with her first baby. Her son was stillborn between 7 and 8 months. They found out later he had Down's Syndrome and wasn't growing right. She has a very healthy three-year-old daughter now.
Im so sorry for your loss... if it is something obvious the Dr should be able to tell you more after delivery but as a prev post said there are tests they might do to get you answers...
I did a little research and causes could be: infection, accident with cord, seizures, lack of oxigen, genitics, prob with blood pressure or placenta. There's a few more but i hope you find something out.
There are a variety of things that can cause fetal demise in later pregnancy. Most often it is due to cord accidents, placenta issues, low/no fluids or birth defects. You can talk to your doctor and they can test to see if they can test to find out what caused your baby to pass, and if it's something that might occur again in the future should you decide to have more children.
Oh wow I'm so sorry for your loss. Keeping you in my prayers!
I had a friend who lost her child at 26 weeks and it was caused by blood clots in the placenta.
I am so sorry to hear this. has your doc discussed any of the issues with you?
