35 weeks 5 days and bright red blood

I had my dcts appt wednesday. Im dilated 2cmalready. That day i noticed some blood with discharge on one wipe. That was it. Nurse said it was because of the vaginal exam. I was put on bedrest due to my swollen feet and tightened legs. Dr said not to go nack to wrk so she gave me till Monday off. Ok right now I went to the RR and when I wiped I saw bright red blood maybe the size of your thumb nail. It was just that one wipe the first wipe. What could it be. I was at the stores today and bby girl has been moving like crazy all day. I called my dctrs office right now just waiting for the doctor to call me back. Im not feeling any pain any cramps nothing. Anybody have an idea what might be going on. Thanks

Well there's your problem right there lol she said bed rest and you went shopping? Bed rest means bed honey and you'd better stay there unless you need to use the bathroom. See what your dr says but the blood probably will stop and or turn brown in the next couple of days if you follow directions.

I'm sure you are fine. In a few days the blood should turn into a brownish color, that's if you still have it. Your vag is just sore and touching it can irritate it. I would avoid sex for a while because of it. I think you are fine though:) try not to worry, if she's kicking then that's all that matters:)
