I have been having contractions 3 mins apart but when I went into the hospital they told me my cervix was closed. Is there ways to help with the contractions or to help soften my cervix?
having sex will soften your cervix when the man cums inside you. Sorry that sounded so blunt but I went into premature labor at 32 weeks that's what my nurse told me lol
Those are most likely practice contractions. If they were real you'd be dilating.
