Back pain after cleaning up?

I am having pretty bad back pain when I stand up now. I don't know if it's normal but I was cleaning up a couple hours before it kinda started bothering me. I'm just a little nervous. Anyone else experience this?

My back was killing me one day a few weeks ago after I gave my dog a bath...I was bending over cuz she's a small dog, and I bent back up and had to hobble around the rest of the day. Learned to just get in the tub and sit down during her bath time so I'm on her level...a little awkward but it saves my back. That day I just rested, the next day I was okay.

I'm 17w2d & my back bothers me all the time. My Dr says its pretty normal, nothing to worry about. Get a nice massage, I'm sure it'll help!

are you pregnant? early pregnancy strain is put on the kidneys as the tubes leading to them kind of ' kink' which could cause a dull ache in the lower back. when pregnant it is best to bend by bending your knees, keeping your back straight and lowering yourself to the floor. back pain is normal in pregnancy butif you're worried it may be a labour felt in the back ( which does occasionally happen ), getting checked over by a medical professional is the best course of action for you.
