Fluctuating HCG Levels

   MY Lmp was Oct 28th but i know ive ovulated on Nov17 (Cd21) (i was charting and using OPK). I tested positive on Nov30th via HPT, and my first b/w was on Dec3rd =Hcg 561 & Pro 10.5.On 4th i was put on progestorone supp 200 mg/daymy hcg saga went like this after.
dec 3rd =Hcg 561 pro 10.5
dec 5th = Hcg 1455 pro rose normal
dec10th = Hcg 2783
Dec 13th = Hcg 2789
Dec 14th= Hcg 1700 (done at the hospital lab from heron)
Dec17th= Hcg 2785 pro 8.3 (progestrorone  supplement doubed at 400 mg/day oral)
dec19th =Hcg 2815..

Had  an u/s on 17th and it showed sac measuring 4.5 weeks and ehalthy for that period, but the tech said based on Lmp it was small.but its not Ectopic preg.. the sac was in the middle of my uteus ..and nothing seemed out of place. If i go by my conception date the sac is measuring right.The doc first thought was of vansihing twin with the huge drop and rise... but now even they r unsure of what is happening.. i have no symptoms..and no bleeding cramping nothing.. I ahd one prior missed m/c in may this yr.... I can't make any sense of this,They have scheduled me for one more b/w tom and another u/s. What r my chances at this point and is there anything i can do at this point to save my preg.what is the usual outcome of cases like mine, any insight will be very much appreciated.

my update, my number fell againa nd my doc asked to stopped teh pro, she confirmed teh vansihing twin theory and said, the second one is also failing it just teh ehavy dose of pro, slowing down the process, she said becuase its so early, shell let em go naturally so as to not disturb my linning again with anotehr d&e... thanks for ur insight and best of luck for teh yr ahead and happy holdiays to U

There have been women who've had successful pregnancies despite HCG levels. I wish I could give you more encouragement, but generally when your progesterone is that low it is difficult.

I see they doubled your progesterone pills and then your HCG started going up again, so that is promising!!! We'll just have to see what happens again.

Generally, your HCG is supposed to double every 36-48 hours. But your levels for 4 weeks seem fine.
