pregnancy vitamins

Is it okay that i havent taken my vitamins for a week as i have had to wait to get paid to get new ones because my old ones made me sick

hey sorry to hijack your post but i noticed your in Australia and said your trying the gummies, i can not swallow tablets and have been trying to find gummies for a while now with no luck :( where did you get them ? and if your having nausea try fruit tingles, they helped me when i just had mild nausea :)

Thankyou im 19 weeks and have been taking them until a week ago and will be buyng more tomorrow, im going to try the gummies and see how i go :)

I have the exact same issue and the doctor said that I could go till about 9 weeks without folic acid and multi vitamins. Having said that though, he did say that while they are essential certain foods already have them. If you see your GP they can prescribe you pills for nausea that are really effective. And the combination of different foods and the nausea pill should help

No its alright and the baby will be just fine. If you're having trouble taking the pills and keeping them down try the gummie prenatals they sell in the baby store. They taste good and provide the same nutrients and vitamins

Baby will be okay. It's a great idea to take them just to ensure that baby gets all of their needed nutrients, but women have been having babies long before prenatal vitamins were around.
