I am aware that the rectum is your butt. I was saying that I don't think it necessarily goes in your but they just swab around it.

I've had it done. Its the strep B test. O had to go into the bathroom, and physically insert the swab into my vagina. Then physically insert the swab into my anus. So yes, it does go in your butt. Its a bit weird and uncomfortable, but you'll be fine :)

It's just a bacteria some people carry, of you do carry it it's no big deal they just hook you up to antibiotics when you deliver!

Strep b test I believe your talking about... They usually do it at 36 weeks though and it doesn't go in your butt. They swab around your vagina and rectum though, but nothing litterally goes in your butt

And can people that have actually had it done be the ones that reply not to be rude but if people that just keep saying they have never heard of it keep posting and it gets to 10 I won't be able to see if someone posts that has actually had it done.. Thanks
