A lot of fats or grease mixed with constipation will make it green...

Green poop usually means it's old poop that was in your intestines too long. Your body might just be cleaning it self out.  If it last longer than 3 days or becomes painful go see your Dr

If it continues though definitely see someone but I'd give it a couple days

If you are taking iron that could be what it is because  I know iron makes it green

Haha could just be diarreah. My poop sometimes looks gross too :) no worries.
