I didn't have to collect any urine and I had to do the nst to track my son's heart rate and movement, I didn't have a contraction belt hooked up to me just the heart one so maybe there is a couple ways of doing a nst..good luck though :)

I'm confused, they monitored me at the er lastnight, now I'm being sent to get a nst tomorrow also have to monitor my urine, but the nst test monitors contractions etc etc, but what is the meaning of the results afterwards?!

I didn't have to push a button when i did mine. All I did was lay in the comfy recliner lol. They had me hooked up to a heart monitor and contraction monitor

Yes! I had to do it with my son when I was overdue, I did it like 4 times. They just hook you up to a fetal monitor and you push this button every time you feel baby move..they also had me in this super comfy recliner made me wanna take a nap lol
