37 weeks and 4 days?

So I'm 37weeks and 4days pregnant I have to questions. What can I do to jump start labor? And should I pack a hospital bag yet? If so what should I put in it??? Please help ftm.

Pack up and if you want to jump start labor Google labor inducing pressure points, try some out they may help. Walk, walk, walk. I also heard spicy food helps. Foot rubs are said to help especially if you get those pressure points rubbed.

yes pack ur bag asap. my baby girl came at 38wks. I was even born at 35wks. start packing nw cuz ur bundle of joy will com so unexpectedly. well I'm from d Caribbean so we prob need to pack diff tings bt d most important tings are maternity pads, dusters,nighties,underwear,bra ( preferably bigger cuz ur breast size will increase a lot) n for baby blanket,towel,pampers,wipes, clothes etc.
