Drinking water also helps alot, i've been drinking water to avoid it
Im 38 Weeks and geteg cramps once and a while. I just stretch it out slowly and try to put a little pressure because it gets strong. But i havent had any more Leg Cramps.
I use to get them all the time in the middle of the night (due to lack of stretching) because I tend to point my toes when I stretch. When you feel it coming just stretch your calf muscle by pointing your toes upward. Oh and drink plenty of water because that definitely helps!
Yes and its always my left thigh muscle..so weird
Yes I wake up w them feels like a Charlie horse. Hurts so bad. Then my calf is sore for the next 2 days.
Yes Idid I'm 38 weeks now but 2 weeks ago I would wake up with bad leg cramp more like charly horse
