38 weeks and vomiting

Omg. This is horrible. I can't keep anything down, not even water. I heard its a part of 1 stage labor, but is that true ? I've been nauseous all day, and i feel like i have bowels but they don't pass. I tried all day to go, but when i sit on the toilet i have to vomit. Like right now, as im typing i just went, and i havent eaten ao it was all clear bubbles. Should i be alarmed? I don't want to seem like a baby going to the hospital lol

My dr sent me here and I was severely dehydrated and they had to give me anti nausea med and iv drip but I've been here a long time I got here at 1030 this morning.your not being a baby at all its not good for the baby to be dehydrated.
