38 weeks face going numb

So I'm 38 weeks today and am having my csection at 38+6 but all day today I've been feeling terrible and have had a lot of pressure down there and sharp pains on the right side of my stomach and also my face like above my lips has been going numb and tingling for the past few hours is this normal does any know why this could be happening kind of freakin me out.

Yeah it is a lil bit the on call midwife just called me back and her exact words were "idk what to tell you" I said what do u mean udk what to tell me she said "if u feel the need to go in then go in, but u are going to be charged 25 $ cuz this wasn't an emergency" umm are u frickin kidding me

My hospital is 45 mins away that's the only thing I'm thinking I'm going to atleast call the doctor said what they say

I would get checked out just to be on the safe side.
