True Labor Pains

So I have 37 days until our little one arrives. This is our first child and we are having a little boy. My husband has been by my side every step of the way and been very supportive. So far everything has gone amazing with my pregnancy and the baby is doing wonderful! As the time gets closer for his arrival I get more and more nervous!! Every time I have a weird or sharp pain I start freaking out... I have tried to talk to my mom about it and she said that she can't really explain it because she had a c section with all of her children. My sister is due 4 days after me with a little girl so we try to compare notes but neither one of us know what true labor pains are or how to tell when we are really going into labor. Please help and give the best advice to tell when to freak out and when to just stay calm.

True labor pains are constant they dont go away. Contractions come back to back with literally like 30sec to a min before the next one comes they are very intense you can barely talk or walk thru them. You will know when it's time it hurts very bad especially with your first because you cant stay calm n its hard to relax you wont mistake it for nthn else they hurt n i heard back labor is very intense too which i din have much of but like i said the pain is excruciating so you will know. Good luck to you and your sis. Hope everything goes well ( :
