38wks 1 day unbearable back pain

Im in so much pain I can't even sleep, how do we "keep track of contractions" , like count kicks? Because as for pain its always, not apart at all, its a constant pain, in my lower back and baby kicking like crazy

Thank you! Im in labor and delivery now they have me on the monitor, my contractions are showing 2-3 min apart but are intense

Get a hot bath and relax it really helps xx

My labour started like that my son was back to back started with just a few niggles in my back then I couldn't sleep or sit still or lie still during these pains and over 25 hours they got worse and worse I was 38+2 when I had him good luck if this is it!xx
