Ha I forget sometimes too. I have used about 3 different kinds but I noticed my hair started growing so much faster with the one a day ones, the dual pack that has the prenatal pills and the DHA pills and I take calcium pills too  and seriously I look like a crack ***** because my roots, thank god I get my hair done friday lol, but if you have any questions let me know iv been doing hair for about 4 years, but the key to hair growth is getting a trim every 3-6 weeks because if you wait longer then that your hair gets split ends and it splits all the way to the cuticle and it puts a damper on the growing process :) I like to explain the reasoning because people are like " I want my hair to grow so why would I cut it" lol but like a half inch off at a time that's all it takes unless you haven't gotten a trim in a while it just depends on the condition of your hair

Yea a hair treatment, I use redken for my treatment line, talk to whoever you go to tho it depends on the line they use and they can decide what's best for your hair, if you have any cosmetology schools near you call them up and make an appt it's sooooooo much cheaper that way. And if you get extensions honestly I recommend the clip in ones, I'm a cpsmetologist and I have a few clients that have the permanent ones some glue in some sew in and it's so much more worse for your hair, rips it out and the upkeep is a pain in the *** and its way more expensive like $200+  where the clip in ones last about a year if you take good care of them and you can get them at Sally's for like $130, that's what I do and I love them, just make sure and ask whoever is working to match your hair color and get the real kind because you can curl them and straiten them and even color them if you change your hair color

Prenatals, hair treatment once a week and a trim every 3 weeks, my hair grows almost 3 inches a month with that! But I would wait to get your hair done closer to your due date because if you color it or whatever you will be due for a touch up around the due date, id wait like a week before your due date.
