sleeping positions

I'm 18 weeks, and am already having issues getting comfortable enough to sleep. Any advice?

I had the same problem befor I new I was pregnant and we got a memory foam topper really did the trick I'm now 32 weeks and sleep like a baby with my baby bouncing around all day and all night the topper sinks you in nice and when baby boots me like mad The topper supports you nice and takes some of the presure from the kicks even though I love them just nice to sleep xx

Both mostly. I'll get maybe three hours of good sleep then toss and turn the rest of the night/morning because I'm too hot and uncomfortable.

Ive been using a pillow between my legs, and putting baby powder on them (because theyve gotten so fat they stick together and it drives me crazy) Ive also found sleeping with just a sheet and not a comforter feels better. Since is pregnant gals feel crowded enough. These are just some that have helped me. Is it that your uncomfortable or just cant seem to fall asleep?

A body pillow. I'm 15 weeks with #4 and I already am having.sleep issues. If I didn't have a body pillow I prob wouldn't sleep at all! Good luck
