Pregnancy turnaround time?

I miscarried on April 18th, but a week later, we had unprotected sex (after agreeing to be safe until we were ready to try again...but things happen).  Today, about two weeks after the mc, a little over one week after unsafe sex, I'm becoming nauseated much like during pregnancy, my headaches and frequent bathroom trips and heartburn have returned. Also, I've had a couple very mild cramps. Is it possible to be pregnant again this quickly or am I going crazy?

After mc, you will get a positve hpt for up to 6 wks.. but you are also VERY fertile right after. So it is possible.

I just miscarried  the 28th of march and found out I was prego again the 22nd of April
Hoping this one sticks it out (: currently at 5 weeks going to doctor monday

Its possible! I miscarried December 22 and got pregnant again 3 weeks later before ever having a period.

I had heard about the risks of immediate pregnancy, that's most of what I'm worried about right now. Thanks for the input! I'll probably see a doctor next week if it persists.

I thought that could be it, too... But the symptoms of pregnancy (even the larger boobs) all went back to normal right before the mc and the blood and urine pregnancy tests they did in the hospital both came back negative on the 20th after the mc. Not ruling that out as a possibility, though. Thanks!

It is very possible but also a big risk if your concerned about bit go to your Dr. I had an Mac in 2012 and 2.5 weeks latter I was pregnant again the pregnancy was a little complicated and I had an Mac on week 8 so be careful and see a dr

Its possible, but a very slim chance, I had a mc Nov.22.13 and two weeks later I still felt pregnant and took a test it came back positive, went for ultrasound (there was nothing) and took a blood test (my hcg levels were still going down), doctor said it takes a couple of weeks for your body to go out of pregnancy mode, the next week I took a test again and it was negative, my period came Dec.16 and we tried again after I then got pregnant Im now 19w 2d (:

We had intended to wait, but it didn't happen that way. I'm sorry to hear about your mc, I know how rough that can be. I'm just wondering if I'm possibly pregnant two weeks after a mc or if it's my mind playing tricks on my body.

It's possible but I think for health reason you should wait a cycle or two. That's what I've read.  I had a d&c last Wednesday for a molar pregnancy.  Was told to wait over a year to try again.
