3D sonograms bad?

I hurd from one of my friends that her doctor told her that 3D ultrasounds are bad because its too much radiation? But I don't think its true but im not sure have any of you ladies hurd something like this? I really want to get one but wont if its gunna hurt my baby

My hospital offers 3d/4d US so I would think they are pretty safe. I told my OB I was getting one & she said she had one with her's & went on about how great they are to bond with the baby.

I'm gonna be going to a high risk pregnancy dr here on Thursday and he uses 3d/4d ultrasounds so I don't think they can harm anything

i asked about scans at the hospital and they said the only risk is if you have scans less than 1 week apart

It uses sound waves just like a regular ultrasound

I get one every two month from a place where I live and the doctor has never discouraged it. I've never heard That it can harm the baby. My sister got 3d ultrasound every month.
