3d/4d u/s best time?

So I am going to get this done with this pregnancy for sure, and I know they say the best time is around 28-33weeks. At what week were all of you, when you went?

they say 24 weeks here and won't do them before then.....so you better believe the day I'm 24 weeks I'm going in...LOL

i called one clinic today and i was told i cant come in until after 24 weeks..im 21 weeks today so i'll be going sometime in may

I was 29 1/2 weeks when I had mine done. They said any time after 28 weeks would be ideal. But every place is different. They had specials at the place I went to as well but they were booked by the time I got ahold of them!! I ended up paying $150 for everything.

they are $60 for 3D here and you get your 20 min DVD and the pictures and a CD of the pictures.

I was 32 weeks and it was perfect, he was completely filled out.  I think if you go to early the baby's face isn't filled out enough, it looks too skeletol.  My 3d4d pic is on my profile so if you want to take a look to see what he looked like at 32 weeks then it shows you.

24-28 weeks is the best time to go because you will see your baby as a miniature of what they'll be when they're born. Meaning they'll have THEIR specific facial features. Any bigger than 29 weeks and it'll be more difficult to see becasue baby will be so big.

I got one done at 26 weeks and one done at 28 weeks. It was amazing. I can show you a side-by-side comparison of my  youngest daughter as a newborn with her 3D sonogram picture if you want!

I got one done at 18 weeks and it was horrible because the baby honestly looked like she was melting. My friend got one done at 22 weeks and it was the same thing. I also got another done at 36 weeks (late I know) and it was perfect her face is the EXACT same as when she was born. She was chubby and had smooth skin and you could see her hair and the lines in her lips. It was amazing. Look at my pictures and you should be able to see it. I honestly think the longer you wait the better since you have a better chance of seeing them fully developed.
