what is going on if im not pregnent

My periods are 55 days late now I have done about 4 hpt in the first few weeks and all negative then went to doctors as feeling dizzy nausea and dull sort of cramp in lower abdomen feels like pressure so doctors did urine test 3 times and negative then a blood test and negative and sexual health test also neg actually going insane then have all pregnancy systems but IM CLEARLY NOT im not overly stressed to stop my periods until now but they also check for thyroids and things on blood test but came back fine whats going on with me PLEASE PLEASE HELP !!!! waiting for a scan just so they can rule out every thing

I hope your doctor can give you some answers soon. I have a good friend who started having really weird cycles (sometimes 3 months between periods) when she was about 22/23 yrs old. She went through a heck of a lot of testing only to be told that it was a result of prolonged stress over the years. They put her on clomid to give her periods back, but even now if she doesnt take it she wont get a period :-/
